Because our items are uniquely made-to-order just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size/color choices.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us at djdjlee88@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include a clear photo of the issue.

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
